Do you know the first thing Carey Price did when he got off the ice following his Allstar appearance? Took his goalie stick and trudged around the room getting his Allstar teammates to sign it.

Just before gametime Sidney Crosby poked his head into the room and he had two sticks in his hands. Claude Julien could win a cameo appearance at just for laughs with this reaction: "If we go to shootout can I use him as a ringer?" (Prophetic words Coach, but you must have known you already had enough firepower!)

We know Kovie has great hands but do you think he could he was truly excited about winning great wheels? After 3 live TV interviews on ice, Alex wanted to stay out and get photos taken of himself sitting in the drivers' seat and leaning on the hood. That's when I caught up with him for CJAD and NHL Radio. He didn't want to get off the ice. I'm just surprised he didnt hop in and take it for a spin around the rink.

Between Chara winning the Slapshot Competition and Tim Thomas flopping heroicly in the 3rd, OT and shootout, will Bell Centre fans actually cheer for them next time they visit? Not on your life or your Cup hopes!

Guy Carbonneau jokes about his "speech of a lifetime" to the players before the game: "instead of dropping back to a 1-2-2 or a 1-4, I told them let's go 5-0!" Everybody up.

Mike Komisarek seemed disappointed someone actually got credit for a hit while he held back. And he was envious of Markov's shot-blocking total. Mike was gracious enough to take that penalty in OT just so his defense-mate could shine in the PK.

Dan Boyle on why the West ramped it up after the first period?: "East must have had too many hotdogs at intermission."

Watch for Carey's cousin Shane and his beautiful boy to have a cameo on "This Hour has 22 Minutes."

After the game one of Martin St. Louis' boys had Price's goalie mask on. It almost went down to his knees but looked like Carey was not about to get it back. "As long as it doesn't end up on e-Bay."

You may think of Gary Leehman as a Leaf but he was proudly flashing his '93 Stanley Cup ring during NHL Alumni events.

Bryan Chiu and the Alouettes flattened the combined forces of CJAD, Virgin Radio 96, CHOM and the Montreal Sasquatch at West Island Lakers Allstar Basketball Weekend. I know because I GOT FLATTENED and didn't even get the jersey # of the Alouette bus that ran over me! Don't worry about me---"upper lower body" injury and

"general body soreness" are all the league will allow me to reveal.

The Sian Bradwell Fund in support of the Montreal Children's Hospital benefitted greatly from your support of WILBA Weekend and Zdeno Chara made it a wonderful weekend for "Right to Play", which has just lost its 2010 Vancouver Winter Games IOC support--much to the further discredit of the International Fat-cat Committee which runs the Olympics.
