Police in Leamington, Ont., charge migrant worker in death of Mexican national

LEAMINGTON, Ont. - Police in southwestern Ontario have charged a migrant farm worker in the August death of a Mexican national.
Marcelino Mesas-Cruz, 45, is charged with criminal negligence causing death.
The charge stems from the death of Solomon Cruz, who was reportedly run over by his own van.
Police in Leamington, Ont., haven't released the cause of death because the investigation is ongoing.
